Career Readiness
Our career readiness program equips our youth with the skills they need to navigate the workforce. Work in adolescence can also provide vocational training and enable young people to develop soft-skills that are valued by employers (for example, punctuality, dependability, and teamwork).

Encouraged to consider the type of career they would like to have in adulthood and the schooling needed to pursue this career
